I was looking for my blog on google and ran across yours. Let me say that first my heart went into my stomach, I even cried a little. Then I kept reading and found your strength throughout your blogs. You are amazing!!! You have trusted GOD to take care of you and your family and know that he had everything under control. I lost my step-mother 7 years ago, and the hardest part was watching my father suffer. I hope to continue to follow you and may GOD bless you and your children.
I love that song and sing it to my little ones (who aren’t so little anymore) often. I am glad that you keep this site going. I know you have no clue who I am- an old junior high choir buddy of Kathy’s. To be honest we tended to butt heads a lot. Anyhow she was a light even then and I didn’t understand her until I accepted Christ in highschool. I ran into her a few years ago and got the opportunity to chat with her. Then found her on face book shortly after that. Anyhow. I just wanted to say she was really great and you are so blessed. I will be mentioning her in my presentation in two weeks. I have to give a presentation on literature and what it means to me to a group of fellow nursing students. I am using 2 Tim and Kathy and a few others as examples of people who fought the good fight and why it matters. Just thought I would share that with you.
